St Basil’s Aged Care in St Peters, New South Wales, underwent a major redevelopment to deliver a state-of-the-art aged care facility focused on resident well-being and community connection. This project features a 31-bed accommodation complemented by a gym, chapel, theatre, café, and thoughtfully landscaped outdoor areas. Completed in October 2019, the facility reflects a modern approach to aged care, balancing comfort, accessibility, and architectural quality.
The scope included the installation of durable grey blockwork internally and high-performance face bricks externally, sourced from leading manufacturers: Euro Clay Brick, PGH Bricks, and Bowral Brick. These materials were chosen to ensure long-term durability while enhancing the visual identity of the development.
