Fugen Masonry Queensland team is proud to have played a key role in the Tweed Valley Hospital development in Cudgen, NSW. This $723 million project is a major Health Infrastructure investment designed to support the growing and ageing population of the Tweed-Byron region with advanced healthcare facilities and technology.
Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 border restrictions between Queensland and New South Wales, our team successfully delivered extensive structural masonry blockwork across the site. We laid around 40,000 concrete blocks, installed 25 tonnes of reinforcement, and pumped 250 cubic meters of concrete block fill, ensuring strong and durable walls essential to the building’s integrity.
