Fugen Masonry Queensland team delivered expert masonry services for the 80 Ann Street development in Brisbane’s CBD, a project known for its cutting-edge sustainability and heritage integration. Our work included traditional masonry in basement and amenity areas, as well as feature brickwork at key entrances using Austral Bricks’ Bowral Brown, supported by custom Ancon structural systems.

We also restored heritage elements by reusing original bricks and sourcing matching vintage bricks. A standout feature was the Empire Brick System breezeway, where mechanically fixed brick tiles create a suspended brick beam effect, enhancing the vibrant public space that pays tribute to the site’s historic role as the Brisbane Fruit and Produce Exchange.
